Nashua Lake House
Located at 228 Sample Street, Nashua, Iowa, the Nashua Lake House provides short term rentals. Available by the night, weekend, week or month, this fully furnished lake front property provides opportunities to enjoy Cedar Lake and the town of Nashua. The three bedrooms are furnished with a king sized bed and two queen beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a roomy full sized refrigerator equipped with an ice maker, full sized electric stove, super quiet dishwasher and built in microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub/shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are located off one of the bedrooms and can be used by guests.
The dining room has a 54" round oak table and chairs and the living room and master bedroom are each furnished with 32 inch flat screen televisions and dvd players. The home features recently refinished hardwood floors. It has central air and central heat.
Outside you'll find a charcoal grill or two, patio furniture and a great view of the water. The house sits high on the river bank and the cement dock can be accessed by decending forty rather steep steps (with a sturdy hand rail) to the water front and a small cement dock, from which you can fish, if you'd like. Immediately to the east of the house is a small public park that includes a gazebo/shelter. Off street parking is available on the north side of the house. The doors feature keyless entry and the locks can be programmed to a unique number for each guest.
The unit is smoke and pet free. When you arrive the beds are made, towels are in the bathroom and ready for your use. We will wash the bed linens and towels after you leave. While daily cleaning is not provided during your stay, a washer and dryer is available should you need to do up a quick load of towels, etc. Wireless internet is available throughout the house.
