The main floor is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen in the living room plus there is a 32 inch flat screen in the kitchen. The kitchen unit has a built in DVD player.

There is wireless internet throughout the house, so you can stay plugged in and connected during your stay!

Charles City offers a variety of activities and events.

Cedar River is located approximately 3 blocks from the house. There is a walking trail with work-out stations as well as a white water kayaking course.

There are several golf courses in the area.

You will enjoy an evening at the Charles Theatre. Tickets are low in price, the popcorn is great and not over priced. Shows are usually just a couple of weeks behind bigger theatres. Evening shows are typically at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees are at 1:30 p.m. Seating sometimes sells out so good to arrive a bit early and enjoy the popcorn.
